45-day MBG means that you have 45 days from the date of purchase to try Amberen. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you are entitled to receive a full refund of the purchase price within 45 days from the date of purchase if you follow the instructions below:
- Contact Lunada Biomedical Customer Service (800) 222-3304 Monday-Friday 9am-7pm EST within 45 days from the date of your purchase to get a pre-paid shipping label emailed to you as a PDF attachment.
- Make sure to return the product within 10 days of receiving the label.
- Return all unopened, undamaged, sealed and/or shrink-wrapped package by postmarking it by the 45th day from your date of purchase to PO Box 10452, Van Nuys, CA 91410.
- Include your first and last name, address and order id# (located on front side of the sales receipt) within the package for accurate and timely processing.
Late returns (postmarked after the 45th day from the date of purchase) and incomplete product returns are subject to additional fees. Please contact Customer Service to inquire about the fees prior to returning the product.
- 45-day MBG only applies to purchases made directly from Lunada Biomedical via its websites and telephone order phone lines. For returns and refunds related to product purchased from third-party vendors, including retail locations, please refer to their seller’s return and refund policies.
- Shipping and handling refunds are limited to the standard U.S. shipping fee of $7.99. Additional shipping costs for premium shipping options, shipping and handling fees related to free and promotional samples and product as well as international shipping fees are not refundable.
